What happens after someone drives off the lot with their new Ford? They likely won’t buy another vehicle for 7 years, so how does Ford keep that connection strong? Enter the Ford Guest Experience Platform. It brings customers and service departments together, making ownership a better experience. The platform simplifies the many systems service departments use today, giving customers confidence when scheduling service through the online tool. Plus, customers can even request specific services by describing how their vehicle is acting through the customer repair triage feature, making it easier to get the right service from the start.
